BLE scanning requires location permission (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION or ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION). The Application requests these permissions only to allow BLE device scanning. The Application does not collect, store, or use any location data.

For Android 12 and above:
The Application uses the BLUETOOTH_SCAN and BLUETOOTH_CONNECT permissions to detect and communicate with nearby BLE devices. These permissions do not provide access to location data. The Application still does not collect or store any location information.

Only aggregated and anonymized technical data may be transmitted to external service providers for the purpose of improving the Application's performance. The Service Provider may share data in the following cases:

• When required by law (e.g., subpoena or legal process)
• To protect the rights or safety of users or others
• With trusted third-party partners who work on behalf of the Service Provider and comply with this Privacy Policy

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Please use your device's standard uninstall procedures or your mobile app marketplace.

The Service Provider does not store personal data. Any technical data collected automatically is retained only as long as necessary for Application functionality and improvement.
